Í morgun voru lögreglumenn við hraðamælingar á Reykjanesbraut, skammt frá Vogum, er þeir mældu hraða bifreiðar langt yfir leyfilegum hámarkshraða. Við afskipti af ökumanni kemur í ljós að hann hefur ekki öðlast ökuréttindi en á meðan þessum afskiptum stendur fer ökumaður af vettvangi.
