Guidance: MGN 474 (M) Amendment 2 retention of crew agreements where appropriate
Requirements for crew agreements to be maintained on UK sea-going ships and yachts which are not subject to the MLC.
This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Crew Agreements, Lists of Crew and Discharge of Seamen) Regulations 1991 (SI 1991/2144) (the “Crew Agreement Regulations”) and replaces MGN 474 (M) amendment 1.
