The MAIB has issued an interim report for the investigation of the collision between the crew transfer vessel Iceni Legend and the unmanned surface vessel X18 in the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm, 25 nautical miles east of Felixstowe, England on 19 September 2025.
Our current investigations table has been updated to list a preliminary assessment into the collision between the German registered container ship Mira and the Bahamas registered crude oil tanker Primero that was at anchor approximately 9nm east of Hartlepool, England, on 27 August 2026.
