Updated for May 2026 and final revisions made for 2025-26.
Enforcement outcomes for August 2025 added.
Data added for June 2025. Tables covering a wider range of Insolvency Service enforcement activity have been added and will now be provided each month.
New document added for 2025-26. Small revisions made to 2024-25 numbers, which are now final.
Enforcement outcomes management information has been updated for October 2024.
Data added for July 2024. Numbers in the document for 2023/24 revised to be in line with updated management information. The total number of director disqualifications in 2023/24 is now 1,222 instead of 1,216.
