    Public order disqualification (POD) decisions

    We have paused public order disqualification (POD) decisions from Tuesday 23 December 2025. We will update this page when more information is available.

    Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract support

    Individuals with a POD decision made under the Public Order Decision Making Framework (see para 14.275) prior to 23 December 2025 who require Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract (MSVCC) support can contact the Single Competent Authority ([email protected]) indicating ‘Public Order Disqualification Support Request’ in the subject of the email.

    For individuals who have not previously consented to receive support, it will be considered that by taking the above action, they consent to do so, and consent for their data to be shared with the Salvation Army. A link to the Privacy Information Notice is available. Support will be provided subject to confirmation of NRM status.
