Notice to Traders 70/26 - Poultrymeat Import Quota

This notice is to inform you of the poultrymeat import quotas.

This notice is to inform you of the poultrymeat import quotas which are detailed in Annex 1 attached.

You may submit your application for a licence between 1 September 2026 and 5pm on 7 September 2026.

It is your responsibility to check that the application and all additional documentation is correct at the time of submission.

We will reject any applications, securities or proof of trade received after 5pm on 7 September 2026.

Proof of trade – order numbers 05.4410, 05.4411, 05.4412, 05.4420 and 05.4422

If this is your first application of the quota year you must provide evidence to show that you have imported at least 25 tonnes of goods of the same description as that specified on your licence application during each of the two periods:

You must provide evidence to show that you imported at least 25 tonnes of poultry products in each of the periods stated above.

Proof of trade can be submitted on a spreadsheet detailing the following:

For order numbers 05.4067, 05.4068, 05.4069, 05.4077, 05.4078, 05.4211, 05.4212, 05.4213, 05.4214, 05.4215, 05.4216, 05.4251, 05.4254, 05.4255, 05.4260 and 05.4263 your application will be subject to a reference quantity.

The reference quantity is the average quantity of goods imported during:

The reference quantity can only be made up of goods of the same description relating to the quota concerned.
