Apply to move animals out of bluetongue zones
Apply for a specific licence for any movement in a bluetongue zone not covered by a general licence.

If you are applying for a specific licence to move animals from the bluetongue restricted zone to Scotland, you will need to download and complete an EXD645(GB) pro-forma (ODT, 38.9 KB) before you start.
Allow at least 10 days for your licence application to be processed where possible. Complex and high-risk movements will need extra time to process.
