This framework agreement is between the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and Salix Finance Ltd.
Salix Finance Ltd became a non-departmental public body sponsored by the former Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) on 30 September 2020, now the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).
