European Commission Press release Bordeaux, 23 Sep 2026 A strategic cooperation between the French State, Caisse des Dépôts, the Union sociale pour l'Habitat (USH), the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), supported by the European Commission, to accelerate housing delivery in the social housing and accommodation sectors, as well as intermediate housing.
