Sanctions Classified by Officially
Bereits am 22. Mai 2026 hatte die Schweiz 115 natürliche Personen und Organisation in die Schweizer Sanktionsliste aufgenommen. Somit unterstehen in der Schweiz rund 2’790 natürliche Personen, Unternehmen und Organisationen der Vermögenssperre im Zusammenhang mit Russlands Krieg gegen die Ukraine.
Im Finanzbereich verbietet der Bundesrat neu die Verwendung von russischen Plattformen für die Übertragung und den Austausch von Kryptowerten. Mit der Massnahme soll verhindert werden, dass Russland alternative Zahlungsmittel zur Umgehung von Sanktionen nutzen kann. Im gleichen Sinne wird die Unterstützung für die Entwicklung bestimmter russischer Kryptowerte wie dem digitalen Rubel untersagt.
