Strategic review of CMA markets remedies
2 March 2026: The CMA appointed the following group members to the strategic review of markets remedies.

Strategic review of CMA markets remedies consultation
19 January 2026: The CMA has launched a strategic review of 33 CMA market remedies (undertakings and orders which were put in place following market investigations). The strategic review will consider whether, by reason of any change of circumstances, each remedy included in the review is no longer appropriate and should be amended or removed.
The CMA consulted on these changes and invited responses by 2 March 2026. The CMA has published the consultation responses.
