Withdraw funds from your Customs Declaration Service cash account

You can request a withdrawal from your Customs Declaration Service cash account using our online service or form. We can only pay the funds into a business or personal bank account based in the UK.
You should get all your information together before you start.
You’ll need to sign in to use this service. If you do not already have sign in details, you’ll be able to create them.
You can save your progress and come back later.
Fill in a withdrawal request form (CDSCAW1) and send it to the address on the form.

We aim to process all requests within 5 working days of receiving them. Your funds will be in your UK bank account within 5 working days following processing.
