Rebated Oils Enquiry Services: service availability and issues

If you are unable to submit your return you should refresh the page while on the Rebated Oils Return main page using either the:

This should allow you to continue to submit.

If that does not fix the issue, you will need to retry later in the day.

If you receive an ‘Access Denied’ error and cannot access the service:

close all open browser windows or clear your browser cache

open a new browser window and log in again using your usual credentials

when exiting the service, close all browser windows rather than selecting the ‘Logout’ or ‘Exit’ option

This will help resolve the issue and stop it from happening again.
