The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published Amendment 16 and Amendment 15 of the Easy Access Rules (EAR) for European Technical Standard Orders (CS-ETSO) in pdf format. Today's publication also includes corrected versions of the published Amendments 11-14 of the EAR for ETSO, also in pdf.
