EIB and NIB provide €30 million for sustainable education and community facility in Espoo

The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) are providing €30 million in long-term financing for a new education and community facility designed to meet high energy-efficiency standards in Espoo, Finland. The banks will each lend €15 million to Espoon Koulutaival Oy, a project company wholly owned and managed by infrastructure investor Meridiam.
