Portugal, Slovakia and Norway join cross-border initiative on autonomous vehicle testbeds

Portugal, Slovakia and Norway signed the Joint Declaration of Intent on large-scale cross-border testbeds for autonomous vehicles during Connecting Europe Days in Brussels. Spain signed the Declaration last week, bringing the total number of participating countries to 22.
