Commission adopts amendments to the Union Customs Code Implementing Act to streamline the application of non‑preferential rules of origin
As of 1 July 2026, two amendments introduced by Commission Implementing Regulation 2026/1422 amending the Union Customs Code Implementing Regulation (UCC‑IA) to the procedural rules relating to non-preferential proofs of origin are applicable.
