Today, the European Commission adopted a Communication setting out a new strategic vision for the EU’s outermost regions - French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Martin (France), the Azores, Madeira (Portugal), and the Canary Islands (Spain).
