El Hishri case: ICC Presidency constitutes Trial Chamber VII
On 20 July 2026, the Presidency of the International Criminal Court (ICC) constituted Trial Chamber VII, which will be in charge of the case of The Prosecutor v. Khaled Mohamed Ali El Hishri. Trial Chamber VII is composed of Presiding Judge Althea Violet Alexis-Windsor, Judge Miatta Maria Samba and Judge Beti Hohler.
