Russia Responsible for Arson Attack on Milrem

Stenbock House, 29 September 2026 – Based on security intelligence gathered by the Estonian Internal Security Service, there are grounds to state with full confidence that the arson attack on the building of defence industry company Milrem in Tallinn’s Lasnamäe district on the night of 15 August was an act of sabotage commissioned by the special services of the Russian Federation.
