Today, 30 September, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna and Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže announced the winner of the Estonian and Latvian Language Promotion Award in Riga: Katarina Magere, an Estonian language and cultural history teacher at Riga Estonian Basic School.
