Undersecretary Lind in Toronto: every Ukrainian child who has been deported must be brought home safely
This week, on 28–29 September, Minna-Liina Lind, Undersecretary for Global Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited Toronto to attend the second international conference focusing on support for and the return of Ukrainian children unlawfully deported by Russia, displaced people, detained civilians and prisoners of war.
