Foreign Minister Tsahkna in Helsinki: Tallinn–Helsinki tunnel would provide security in addition to connectivity
Today, 29 September, Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna visited Helsinki, where he met with Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen. The meeting focused on Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, regional and European security, bilateral relations between Estonia and Finland, economic cooperation and the construction of the Tallinn–Helsinki tunnel.
