Konkurentsiamet saatis 28. novembril 2025 põllumajandustoote ja toidu ostjatele ning müüjatele märgukirja, milles juhiti tähelepanu ostjate ebaausatele tavadele hinnaläbirääkimistel. Märgukirjas selgitatakse ka, millist teavet on lubatud hinnaläbirääkimiste käigus vahetada ning millise teabe jagamine on keelatud.
