1. septembril jõustub võlaõigusseaduse muudatus, mis toob kohustuse lisada e-poodidesse kergesti leitav ostust taganemise funktsioon ehk taganemisnupp. Mida veebipoodidesse taganemisnupu lisandumine tarbija jaoks muudab, selgitab Kristina Tammaru, Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti tarbijaõiguste nõustamise büroo juhataja.
