Terviseamet hoiatab: Tšehhis suri 3-aastane laps difteeriasse
Terviseamet juhib tähelepanu mai lõpus Tšehhis registreeritud raskele difteeriajuhtumile, mille tagajärjel suri vaktsineerimata väikelaps. Kuigi Eestis registreeriti viimased difteeriajuhud 2001. aastal, levib haigus Euroopas endiselt. Terviseamet soovitab lapsevanematel veenduda, et lapsed on vaktsineeritud vastavalt immuniseerimiskavale.
