Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA) Version 1 original current

Imported from official source

The results of a survey on the shadow economy show that people’s exposure to the shadow economy has remained at a level similar to that of recent years or has decreased somewhat. The survey examines the prevalence of so-called envelope wages (wages on which taxes are not paid), undeclared rental income, and the illegal markets for alcohol, tobacco, and fuel.
