Legal Entities Linked to Foreigners – One and a Half Years Later
The follow-up analysis of the Financial Intelligence Unit showed that the "clean-up" of the commercial register, which targeted inactive legal entities, has reduced the risk of Estonian-registered legal entities being used for criminal activities abroad.
