Tänasest hakkasid kehtima seadusmuudatused, mis teevad edaspidi palgainfo töösuhetes selgemaks ja värbamissüsteemi läbipaistvamaks. Pakutav palk peab olema teada enne töövestlust, tööandja ei tohi küsida varasema palga kohta ega keelata töötajatel oma palgast rääkida.
