CFD Markets: Penalty of HUF 90 million for unauthorised intermediation

Budapest, 18 September 2015 – CFD Markets Kft. performed capital market tied agent activity for a Cyprian and a British company in the absence of registration: based on this finding, the MNB has forbidden the company to pursue the unauthorised activity and imposed a market surveillance penalty of HUF 90 million.
