Public Inquiry on the Draft Business Rules for Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Licences Dyahmed Thu, 21/05/2026 - 12:02 AM The Nigerian Communications Commission, in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act), has published the Draft Business Rules on the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Licence in the Nigerian Communications Sector.The Commission will also hold a Public Inquiry on the Draft Business Rules on Thursday, 16th of July, 2026, at the Auditorium of the NCC Head Office Annex at Mbora District at 11.00 am.
