The Ethiopian Communications Authority has been undertaking a Market Review and Cost Study in Telecommunications Market in Ethiopia.
Both the Market Review and the Cost Study have been completed and the Authority has issued determinations on defined relevant market and Telecommunications operators holding a Significant Market Power (SMP) as well as Mobile and Fixed Termination Rates (MTR/FTR) for interconnection services.
