GUIDELINES FOR LEGAL PRACTITIONERS/ LAWYERS PROVIDING LEGAL SERVICES IN THE CAPITAL MARKET
Preamble, Application and Background
The Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana, hereinafter referred to as the “SEC”, is mandated to regulate and promote the growth and development of an efficient, fair and transparent securities market in which investors and the integrity of the market are protected.
Application
These guidelines shall apply to legal practitioners/lawyers of client firms and public companies operating within the Capital Market.
Registration of Lawyers
