Expression Of Interest (Eoi) - Consultancy - Advancing Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (MHEWS) To Support Enhanced Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) in Ghana (“GH-RESPOND”)

Legal Specialist/Firm for the GH-RESPOND project

The Environmental Protection Authority Ghana (EPA) now invites eligible consultancy firms and individuals to indicate their interest in providing the above assignments. Interested firms/ individuals must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Firms may associate with others to enhance their qualifications.

The firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, of the Republic of Ghana and shall meet the following criteria:

1. Valid Certificate of Registration of Firm
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/ Evidence of Renewal Receipt
3. Valid GRA/VAT Certificate
4. Valid SSNIT Certificate/ Evidence of Renewal Receipt
5. Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate/Evidence of Renewal Receipt
6. Relevant Experience of Firm
7. Availability and Experience of relevant key staff
8. Any other requirements as necessary
