Assignement Title : Human Resources and Administration Associate for Smart Africa Digital Academy – DTFA / WARDIP SOP–1

The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost of Digital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1andintends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.

The consultant services (“the Services”) is for individual consultant for Human Resources and Administration Associate for Smart Africa Digital Academy – DTFA / WARDIP SOP–1. for a period of One (1) Year renewable upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

The Smart Africa Alliance now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selection criteria will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Seventh Edition, September 2025 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below by e-mail not later than 12th June 2026 at 5:00PM.
