How the Government will ensure sufficient health personnel

In Helsepersonellplan 2040 (the Health Personnel Plan 2040), the Government is launching more than 150 measures to address the expected shortage of personnel in the health and care services. ‘Although the challenge is considerable, it can be resolved.
