Arbeiderparti-regjeringen foreslår at ukrainere med midlertidig kollektiv beskyttelse, som er i jobb i Norge, kan søke om oppholdstillatelse på grunnlag av arbeid. Kravet er at de tjener nok til å ta vare på seg selv og familien, og at de allerede er i Norge.
