Regjeringa lanserer eit oppvekstrundskriv som gir kommunane ei samla oversikt over ansvaret dei har for barn og unge. Målet er å gjere det enklare å arbeide på tvers av tenester, styrkje det førebyggjande arbeidet og sikre betre oppvekstsvilkår for alle barn.
