Tydeliggjør taushetsplikten i tros- og livssynssamfunn
Regjeringen legger i dag frem en lovproposisjon om endringer i trossamfunnsloven. Endringene som foreslås vil flytte bestemmelsen som regulerer taushetsplikten til trossamfunnsloven, og samtidig presisere hvem som omfattes av taushetsplikten og når taushetsplikten gjelder.
