Regeringen ger Medlingsinstitutet i uppdrag att analysera Teslakonflikten som pågick i nästan tre år och därmed är unik på svensk arbetsmarknad. För att trygga den svenska arbetsmarknadsmodellen ska Medlingsinstitutet, om behov finns, även lämna rekommendationer.
