Distans- och hybridarbete kan öka sysselsättningen för personer med funktionsnedsättning

Regeringen har gett Arbetsmiljöverket i uppdrag att analysera hur distans- och hybridarbete påverkar arbetsmiljön och förutsättningarna för sysselsättning för personer med funktionsnedsättning. Myndigheten ska även ta fram en vägledning som kan stödja arbetsgivare i hur dessa arbetsformer kan användas ändamålsenligt. Flexibla arbetsformer kan bidra till ökad sysselsättning och samhällets konkurrenskraft.
