I en proposition föreslår regeringen nu en definition av begreppet ”stadigvarande vistelse” i inkomstskattelagen för att reglerna ska bli tydligare och enklare att tillämpa. Förslaget väntas underlätta för utlandssvenskar och göra det enklare att avgöra när man behöver betala skatt i Sverige.
