Utredningen om tillbörlig aktsamhet för företag i fråga om hållbarhet har överlämnat sitt betänkande
Utredningen har haft i uppdrag att analysera hur EU-direktivet om tillbörlig aktsamhet för företag i fråga om hållbarhet ska genomföras i svensk rätt. Direktivet innebär nya krav på stora företag att hantera negativ påverkan på mänskliga rättigheter och miljö.
