Mark- och miljödomstolarnas roll i en reformerad miljöprövning
Regeringen har idag beslutat att tillsätta en utredning som ska se över hur mark- och miljödomstolarna påverkas av det pågående reformarbetet att förenkla och förkorta miljöprövningen. Målet med utredningen är att säkerställa en effektiv och rättssäker prövning i mark- och miljödomstolarna. Mikael Forsgren, generaldirektör på Domstolsverket, utses till utredare.
