Sverige på väg mot att bli part i BBNJ-avtalet
Regeringen beslutade den 27 augusti om en lagrådsremiss för BBNJ-avtalet, ett nytt och omfattande FN-avtal som ska skydda biologisk mångfald i havsområden utanför nationell jurisdiktion. Lagrådsremissen är ett viktigt steg mot ratificering av avtalet som Sverige undertecknade 2023.
