Lagändring inför krav för kommunala lantmäterimyndigheter att använda Lantmäteriets handläggningssystem
Regeringen har beslutat om en ny förordning och ändringar i två förordningar med anledning av propositionen Krav på kommunala lantmäterimyndigheters ärendehanteringssystem (prop. 2025/26:257). Förordningsändringarna förtydligar de lagregler som innebär att kommunala lantmäterimyndigheter ska använda Lantmäteriets ärendehanteringssystem och tekniska handläggningsstöd.
