Etikprövningsmyndigheten ska ta fram vägledning om nya undantag i etikprövningslagen
Den 1 juli 2027 träder ändringar i etikprövningslagen i kraft. Nu ger regeringen Etikprövningsmyndigheten i uppdrag att ta fram en vägledning om de nya undantagen från kravet på etikgodkännande för viss forskning och begreppet ringa risk. Syftet är att främja en enhetlig tillämpning bland forskningshuvudmännen.
