Significant benchmarks notified under Article 24(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (Benchmarks Regulation, BMR)

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin) has received a notification from the administrator European Energy Exchange AG pursuant to Article 24(2) BMR stating that the below benchmark has reached the threshold of EUR 50 billion referred to in Article 24(1) BMR.
