De raad van bestuur van de Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) heeft vastgesteld dat Virtual Connect Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (hierna Virtual Connect S.R.L.) door middel van de website luckygem.com gelegenheid geeft tot deelname aan een kansspel, terwijl voor dat laatstgenoemde aanbod geen vergunning is afgegeven op grond van de Wet op de Kansspelen. De raad van bestuur van de Ksa draagt Virtual Connect S.R.L. op het aanbieden van onvergunde kansspelen te staken en gestaakt te houden door middel van een last onder dwangsom.
