De Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) heeft Hillside New Media Malta Plc (Hillside) op 13 november 2025 een bindende aanwijzing opgelegd voor het niet adequaat reageren op signalen dat spelers de financiële gevolgen van hun speelgedrag (mogelijk) niet langer kunnen dragen. Ook heeft Hillside onvoldoende interventie maatregelen getroffen bij het constateren van dit signaal. Hillside biedt onder de merknaam bet365 kansspelen aan in Nederland.
